Note: In line with “Dubai Paperless Strategy by 2021”, it is mandatory to fill the DHQ by using DHA .App.(DHA APP → Dammi- Blood donation → make a blood donation →enter your mobile number in the concerned column → answer the questions → submit → screenshot of the QR code → present the QR code and Emirates ID in the registration desk where you go to donate blood).
