On the 27th of March, we had the pleasure to host the Entrepreneurial Business Book Club Dubai (EBBC) and their members for a collaboration event here at the Rotary Majlis of Friendship! The theme of the month is "Money", aiming to promote financial education and literacy (one of Rotary's causes). The book that was highlighted during this session was ‘The Psychology of Money: Timeless lessons on wealth, greed, and happiness" by Morgan Housel. During the event, the speaker, Mohamed Ajmal Abdul Salam, opened the floor to a very in-depth discussion about the 4 main chapters of the book, and the writer point of view, the different ways of spending money, and safe and risk investments.
Overall, it was a very fruitful event with very interesting discussions and opinions! We want to thank all the guests that came and the speaker for delivering an informative presentation.
