The Association of Rotary Clubs UAE and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) came together in a significant step forward for community service and advocacy by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on April 24, 2024. Hosted at the Rotary Association Office in Dubai, this new partnership aligns with Rotary’s areas of focus – Maternal and Childcare. As UNFPA Regional Director for Arab States, Ms. Laila Baker outlined: ‘UNFPA is pleased with this newly established partnership with Association of Rotary Clubs UAE which will enhance our collective efforts in providing irreplaceable support and services to women and girls across our region.”
Rotary worldwide expands access to quality care, so mothers and children everywhere can have the same opportunities for a healthy future.
