Action 2 Impact: Rotary in the UAE Proves Misconceptions Fall When We Ask Better Questions
What does Rotary look like in one of the world’s most diverse communities?
That was at the heart of Rotary UAE’s conversation on the “Action 2 Impact” podcast, hosted by US-based Rotarian Gwen Jones, where the Association shared its story of service, diversity, and growing community impact with an international audience.
Representing the Association were President Rtn. Elena Schildgen and District Interact UAE Country Chair Rtn. Dr. Basel Radwan. The conversation highlighted the growth of Rotary in the UAE, its multicultural character, the role of the Association in connecting clubs, and the growing impact of Interact, Rotaract, and RYLA in developing young leaders through service.
The episode also reflected how Rotary in the UAE brings together people from different nationalities and backgrounds under the shared value of Service Above Self.
