On 9th December 2024, the Association of Rotary Clubs UAE was awarded the Platinum Award at the ‘Ethraa’ event, organized by the Community Development Authority (CDA). The event recognized organizations for their excellence in providing innovative services to support individuals and communities in need, contributing to sustainable social development.
The Ethraa award ceremony celebrated the strong partnerships between non-profit organizations and the CDA. The Platinum Award highlighted the Association of Rotary Clubs UAE’s commitment to social impact, community service, and charitable work across the UAE.
Ahmad Belselah, Chairman of the Association of Rotary Clubs UAE, alongside with District 2452 Governor Hussain Al Jaziri and Association of Rotary Clubs UAE President Yaseen Jaffer accepted the award on behalf of all Rotarians.
The Rotary clubs continue to focus on improving education, health, clean water access, and community development, with this recognition further cementing their role as leaders in positive social change in the UAE and across the world.
