Rotary Club of Dubai: Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention Seminar/Workshop

The Rotary Club of Dubai organized a seminar-workshop on change management and conflict resolution on 28 February, in observance of Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention Month.

The session aimed to equip participants with practical tools and strategies to effectively manage change and address conflicts in both professional and community settings. It highlighted the importance of communication, collaboration, and leadership in fostering peaceful and productive environments, in line with Rotary’s global mission.


The event was attended mainly by Rotaract members, along with several Rotarians, demonstrating strong participation from both young leaders and experienced professionals within the Rotary network. The diverse group encouraged meaningful discussions and the sharing of different perspectives.

The workshop was led by trainers from the Rotary Club Al Wasl, who delivered an engaging and interactive program. Through guided activities and real-life scenarios, participants gained valuable insights into conflict resolution techniques and effective change management practices.

The seminar concluded with a collaborative exchange of ideas, reinforcing the importance of continuous learning and cooperation in building stronger, more resilient communities.
